Soundgear.com is a joint venture between two long time friends who are completely into great hard hitting music. "It's all about the rock!" Some of the material will be writen by ourselves. Some will be from friends. And the rest wil come from email. We started this simply be cause we love music. No matter what happens to ya, music is always there for ya.


The creators of Soundgear.com are Aftershock and Harley.

Aftershock is an avid music lover who loves hard hittin' slammin' ass rock. Nothing but the heaviest for him, most of the time. Aftershock listens to all styles and genre of music tho'. He's also known for "in your face bass" and dance music. He's also an avid audiophile into home and car audio equipment. Gotta hear it the way it was meant to be heard. The idea for this website was Aftershock's, and he approached Harley with it.

Harley is also an avid music lover, who doesn't go against the heavey hittin' stuff. He too loves a heavey hittin' slammin' beat, with lots of bass. His love for bass however comes from his hobby. He's a Bass guitar player for a local band in their area. He's played in several different bands in the area. and has had a love for music for years. Not to mention that it was Aftershock who turned him onto car and home audio equipment also.

Overall we both love music. We got tired of the "one hit wonders" of the industry. You buy an album and there's only one "good" song on it. Then you're not happy that you bought it. We know the feeling. So we started this website to help aid in that decision of a whole album purchase or a "single". You the purchaser should be happy with the item, not the record companies.
